The Hutchesons' Centre for Research and the Department of Philosophy and Religion is pleased to announce that this year's Approaching Philosophy Conference will take place in The Fotheringay Centre on Monday 7th November.

This year's speakers are:

Dr Robert Cowan, University of Glasgow (Arguments in Action/Critical Thinking & Moral Philosophy);

Dr Chris Lindsay, University of Glasgow (Descartes and Hume/Knowledge and Doubt);

Keynote Professor George Pattison, University of Glasgow (title tbc).
